Yesterday the Israeli embassies in India and Georgia were attacked when a single bomb in each location was attached to cars. The bomb in New Delhi exploded injuring four people while the bomb in Tbilisi was defused. Thus far the identity of the injured parties has not been released. The definite target of the attacks were the Israeli embassies as the cars in which the bombs were attached to belonged to them. No actual embassies were damaged from the attacks.
Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has already come out blaming Iran for the bombings calling it “the world’s top initiator of terror”. He also claimed that this was not the first attack Israeli citizens have face from Iran.
“We know exactly who is responsible for the attack and who planned it and we’re not going to take it lying down. We deal with it every day. We know how to identify exactly who is responsible for the attack and who carried it out.” He added: “It just shows that Israel and its citizens face terror inside and outside of Israel.”

The Iranian ambassador in India has denied Iran responsibility for the the bombings. In fact local Indian experts say that if Iran is behind it, it would be extremely difficult for an Iranian agent to carry out such a plan without local help. Many in the Indian expert community doubt Iran was behind the attack. They say that there are Muslim organizations in India who also have as a great a hatred for Israel as well.
However many believe that the bombings may be from Iran in retaliation for the bombing that was carried out against an Iranian nuclear scientist Mostafa Ahmadi-Roshan, who was murdered on January 11th. It is widely believe that Mossad, the Israeli secret service, was behind the killing.
